Demonic Legal Rights Gained in Satanic Abuse Rituals
Demons cannot just randomly go around jumping on people or entering their souls and bodies. It is our own sin and the lies we believe that permit them to do so. Jesus was able to say concerning Satan, “Here comes the god of this world and he has nothing in me.” There was absolutely no sin in Jesus that would give any demon or Satan himself a right to approach. (His temptation was permitted by God for a reason, and even then Jesus was without sin.)The rest of us have certain weaknesses or sins upon which the demons can exert some influence. These weaknesses and sins are called legal rights.
When we minister to persons who have been abused by Satanists, we are going to need to cast out the demons that came into them through the rituals they were forced to endure. People who participate in Satanism in order to gain power know that power is granted through the activity of demons. Therefore they want as many demons as possible, and the strongest demons are the most desirable.
The reason a child is put in the middle of a circle during rituals is to call up demons from hell into the child. Then a certain number of people get to rape the child in order to get the demon powers into themselves. Many things are done in a ritual leading up to placing the child in the circle. First they purposely break as many of God’s laws as they possibly can. They torture people (or animals), kill them, drink their blood and eat their flesh (mock communion), have a sexual orgy in which every conceivable sexual perversion is committed, make vows, send forth curses, and any other sinful perversion they can think of. All of this is creating an atmosphere where demons want to be. Then they place the child in the circle and chant for Satan and/or the strongest demons to come into him/her.
From this you can easily see that demons are very much a part of Satanism. This is why pedophilia is so popular amongst evil people who want to dominate and control others. The more innocent the victim, the more power they receive, and what could be more innocent than a baby or little child. The abuse does not stop when they grow older because of the cult programming they receive as children. This must be dismantled by God with the prayers of a loving, knowledgeable Christian helper.
The following list reveals some of the legal rights (sins) the people we minister to may have to renounce in order to get the demons to leave and stay away for good. It is fruitless to cast demons out without dealing with their legal rights because they will just come right back in.

- Hatred
- Unforgiveness
- Trauma
- Drinking blood
- Eating flesh
- Rape
- Incest
- Vows to serve Satan
- Forced crimes
Infant or preschool-age child parts who experienced all this evil do not have to repent or deal with any of the above. The one ministering to them can just ask Jesus to bring the child out of the place where he/she was left in the memory (could be in a coffin, hole in the ground, etc. because this is when the person split away and the part was left there), then cast out the demons and ask Jesus to take the child to a safe place inside. Many abused persons have a safe place in their inner world created when they were enduring horrific abuse. This is something the Lord helped them make and it is in their spirit in a special place where no demon can go. At some point, known only to the Lord, when the part is ready, it will be merged into the original person.
The older dissociated parts will need ministry to deal with the legal rights before they can be fully delivered from the demons. When those rights are dealt with, the demons cannot get back in the person. This is a major aspect of how healing should progress.
